Docusign's CTO explains how its Iris contract AI engine gives agents cross-agreement, organizational and user context.

Docusign is expanding from e-signatures to its Intelligent Agreement Management platform, powered by the Iris contract AI engine.

CTO Sagnik Nandy says general LLMs handle context within one agreement but struggle with cross-agreement, organizational and user context, such as amendments, company playbooks and user preferences.
