Judson Althoff, CEO of Microsoft's commercial business, says Frontier Transformation depends on three durable traits: human ambition, intelligence and trust.
Microsoft maps these to Copilot, Microsoft IQ and Agent 365, which governs, manages and secures AI agents.
The post cites customer results including Volkswagen scaling Copilot to more than 330,000 employees, Fujitsu automating about 75 percent of initial service desk responses, and KOHLER reaching 98 percent Copilot adoption.
Other examples include BNY, Docusign, Rockwell Automation, Telstra, KPMG and Truist Financial, which governs more than 13,000 declarative agents.
