ServiceNow unveiled AI Passport to verify AI agent and MCP server permissions at runtime, plus expanded AI governance.
ServiceNow announced AI Passport, a new authority layer that gives enterprises runtime control over what first- and third-party AI agents and MCP servers are authorized to do at each step of multi-agent workflows.
It also expanded its Super Intelligence Control Tower with broader discovery, visibility, control and cost-to-value measurement on a single data model.
ServiceNow says combining runtime governance, platform integration and oversight in its operational AI harness helps make agents production-ready.
