SC Media reports from Oktane, where Okta unveiled the Blueprint Alliance, a coalition of about a dozen technology companies creating common security and interoperability standards for agentic AI that defines four questions and six principles for safe agent development.
Okta Global Field CTO Sandeep Kumbhat says Okta stepped up because no one else was, stressing neutrality and meeting customers where they are.
CEO Todd McKinnon said no one company can secure AI agents alone, and President Eric Kelleher said it will take collaboration across identity, endpoints and integrations.
