After a year of rapid AI deployment, organizations must now prove they can govern and secure it, and Gartner reports 54% of organizations have no defined approach to limit AI agent access, urging CISOs to govern multiagent systems based on action privileges to reduce blast radius.
Gartner also calls deepfakes mainstream and recommends combining detection technology with contextual signals, while advocating preemptive vulnerability management.
Omdia warns of growing supply chain risks as AI moves into physical systems and says security teams must enable secure adoption across departments.
