OpenAI's GPT-6 Sol and Luna are in public preview on Snowflake Cortex Inference, with more Cortex services coming soon.
Snowflake made OpenAI's GPT-6 Sol and GPT-6 Luna available in public preview through Cortex Inference, with support coming to Cortex AI Functions, Snowflake CoCo, Snowflake CoWork and Cortex Agents.
All calls run within Snowflake's security and governance perimeter.
Both models improve on their GPT-5.6 predecessors in professional work, factuality, coding and computer use; Sol targets complex technical work while Luna is built for responsive execution at scale.
