Oracle launches Nexus Case Flow and Nexus Reach, adding agentic AI that pre-investigates financial crime cases and flags risky behavior.
Oracle Financial Services expanded its financial crime and compliance portfolio with Oracle Nexus Case Flow and Oracle Nexus Reach for financial crime investigations, adding agentic AI capabilities to help institutions handle growing alert and case volumes while controlling compliance costs.
Agents can autonomously pre-investigate cases for red or green flags and identify typology-aligned risky behavior, such as patterns resembling human trafficking, alerting investigators without prompting.
Oracle says the agents work within familiar workstreams and keep human oversight over investigative decisions.
