Okta Policy Branches brings Git-style branching, live-traffic testing and one-click rollback to app sign-in policies.
Okta introduced Policy Branches, a Git-style change management feature for application sign-in policies.
Administrators can branch a policy and monitor proposed rule changes against real production traffic for up to 28 days without affecting users, then promote changes based on data or roll back with one click.
Okta says the feature removes the guesswork that leads admins to leave risky gaps in place for fear of locking users out.
