Dynatrace achieved ISO/IEC 42001 certification for the AI management system governing its platform's AI-powered capabilities.
Dynatrace announced it has achieved ISO/IEC 42001:2023 certification, the international standard for AI management systems, covering the AI management systems supporting the Dynatrace platform and its embedded AI capabilities in Dynatrace SaaS and Managed.
The certification assesses the management system behind Dynatrace's AI, including governance, risk and impact assessment, data management, and human accountability, rather than certifying any single model or product claim.
Dynatrace frames it as an independent, internationally recognized trust signal for enterprise buyers, particularly in regulated industries, as AI increasingly enters procurement and compliance conversations.
