NVIDIA introduces CUDA-Q Logical, an orchestration layer for developing fault-tolerant quantum systems.
NVIDIA has expanded its open-source CUDA-Q platform with CUDA-Q Logical, designed to help researchers develop applications for fault-tolerant quantum computers through a programmable orchestration layer.
The new tool allows exploration of different quantum hardware, error-correction methods, and system resource combinations without building separate infrastructure for each configuration.
Fermilab demonstrated significant efficiency gains, reducing a five-month development process to three weeks.
The platform incorporates QUOPS benchmarking from Sandia National Laboratories and supports quantum processors from Google, IBM, and Quantinuum.
