Salesforce Introduces New AI Agents to Automate Sales, Support Tasks

Salesforce debuts AI agents for sales, support, help desk, and supply chain alongside an upgraded Agentforce Coworker.
Salesforce introduced a series of AI agents, most generally available now, to boost sales and support productivity.
Sales agents include Hunter, which finds leads and handles long deal cycles via a long-horizon runtime, plus Piper and Carter for website prospect routing and retail product questions.
Support agents Casey and Fin automate tasks like returns, while Paige handles internal HR and IT requests and Marshall automates supply chain tasks.
Agents can be customized with Agent Script, and Agentforce Coworker gains Multi-Agent Orchestration and continuous subagent optimization.
