VMware Cloud Director 10.6.2 is generally available, focused on giving cloud providers a migration path to VCF 9.1.
Broadcom announced general availability of VMware Cloud Director 10.6.2 for its cloud provider partners.
The release is framed less around new feature counts than around what the version enables next: a supported migration path onto VMware Cloud Foundation 9.1. The post walks providers through what changes and how to plan the move.
It is aimed at service providers running multi-tenant environments on Cloud Director who need to modernize onto the current VCF platform.
