Specialized AI infrastructure providers such as CoreWeave and Lambda offer attractive GPU economics, but they do not operate like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Their security frameworks are less developed, so the enterprise takes on far more ownership of identity management, encryption, and compliance.
Performance management becomes hands-on work requiring real understanding of GPU utilization, storage throughput, and cluster topology instead of abstracted service models. Disaster recovery also has to be planned explicitly, because neoclouds lack the global redundancy and native resilience services the hyperscalers provide by default.
