NVIDIA launches Nemotron 3.5 Lightning and NeMo Switchyard for faster, more efficient agentic AI.
NVIDIA announced Nemotron 3.5 Lightning, a new lightweight open model, alongside NeMo Switchyard, a routing library.
Together they deliver greater control over AI, data and workflows across edge devices, PCs, workstations, data centres and the cloud.
NVIDIA frames the release around AI shifting from chatbots to autonomous agents, with open models serving market demand for full control over where AI runs and how it is deployed and evolved.
The pairing targets agentic workloads needing both capable inference and intelligent routing. The model is designed for high-throughput, always-on agent use.
