How Can You Trust AI Agents? Veeam Can Help

Veeam is folding acquired Securiti technology into its platform to govern and verify what AI agents can do with enterprise data.
Veeam is extending data protection into the AI era by building infrastructure that verifies and controls how AI agents access enterprise data.
The company plans to combine technology from its Securiti acquisition with its cyber-resilience software to deliver Agent Identity Access Management and a Data and AI Command Platform.
Because agents operate at machine speed and touch far more data than human users, Veeam argues that oversight has to be automated by other AI agents rather than performed manually. The v13.1 Data Platform release includes AI-enabled features and an MCP server that lets chatbots query backup data for threat response and audit intelligence.
