Supermicro Expands DCBBS With Precision-Engineered AI Rack Series to Accelerate Deployment and Time-to-Online

Supermicro adds a purpose-built rack portfolio to its DCBBS lineup for high-density, liquid-cooled AI data center deployments.
Supermicro announced a portfolio of racks engineered for mission-critical, high-density AI data centers as part of its Data Center Building Block Solutions lineup. Built in-house, the racks carry a certified static load capacity up to 5,500 lb and pass GR-63-CORE Zone 4 seismic and vibration qualification, with separated pathways for coolant lines and power and network cabling.
Options cover NVIDIA Vera Rubin and GB300 MGX platforms in 48U and 52U, OCP ORv3 21-inch racks, and standard EIA 19-inch racks.
CEO Charles Liang said manufacturing scale supports up to 3,000 racks per month, including 2,000 liquid-cooled units. Factory pre-assembly and modular design are pitched as cutting integration work, time-to-online, and TCO.
