Vertiv Launches Vertiv PurgeRite NearZero service

Vertiv has launched its patent-pending Vertiv PurgeRite NearZero service, which combines engineered mechanical flushing, water treatment, reverse osmosis, and continuous water-quality monitoring to recycle water and reduce environmental impact during the commissioning of closed-loop hydronic systems in North American data centers.
Vertiv introduced the Vertiv PurgeRite NearZero fluid management service to help North American data center operators address water sourcing, discharge restrictions, and system cleanliness challenges during commissioning.
The patent-pending service integrates flush-planning, mechanical flushing, filtration, reverse osmosis, and continuous monitoring to continuously treat and recycle flushing water.
In initial deployments, the service reduced total water consumption by up to 78%, decreased water haul-off volumes by up to 91%, and lowered water delivery and removal traffic by around 300 tanker trips at a single site.
