Snowflake Adaptive Compute reaches general availability across all three major clouds.
Snowflake Adaptive Compute is now generally available across select AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud regions.
The capability improves price-performance for variable and AI workloads without requiring manual warehouse sizing or tuning. Manual sizing is a persistent source of both overspend and queueing, since workloads rarely match the fixed shape they were provisioned for.
Adaptive Compute adjusts automatically to the workload presented. The post covers which regions are included and how to enable it.
