Intel Completes RAMP-C Program, Accelerating Momentum for Secure Enclave

Intel Foundry completes the US government RAMP-C program supporting domestic leading-edge CMOS manufacturing.
Intel Foundry has completed the Rapid Assured Microelectronics Prototypes Commercial program. Launched in September 2021, RAMP-C supported development of domestic, leading-edge CMOS technology and manufacturing in the United States, establishing a foundation for expanded trusted domestic semiconductor supply.
Completion feeds into Intel's Secure Enclave work, which provides physically and operationally segregated capacity for defence and government customers. The post covers what the program delivered and what follows from it.
